The competition is open to designers from Albania, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Romania and Ukraine. An international jury will award a prize of 2.500 Euro to the best project according to the criteria mentioned in the Rules of the Competition.
