Tamburini is a well-known Triestine professional man, engineer and architect, who, in the world of drawings and of caricatures, has always followed a parallel path, less public. Starting from the period after the second World War, he collaborated, also creating cartoons, with La Colonna, satirical page of Il Caleidoscopio ( later called La Cittadella, the humorous column of the newspaper Il Piccolo). During the years  he retracts his friends with witness and irony, displaying two series of caricatures at the Studio Tommaseo in 1987 and 1991 and publishing three notebooks.
